In my 20% time I have been working on a native mobile app for SHM

My biggest desires, (user pains) which I think could be solved by a native app:

I want native push notifications for content on Seed so I can stay in the loop more immediately without frequently checking my SHM desktop app

2. I want mobile access to seed agents so I can see what they are working on and steer them to be better, even when I am away from my laptop

3. Seed web feels very slow, especially on mobile. Hopefully an app would be faster because it doesn't need to frequently re-download the code.

App Today

so far, the app is technically working but is super ugly, is missing almost every feature, and is totally vibe-coded

it serves as an end-to-end tech demo: prove that we can develop a mobile app from our main repo, that it can correctly connect to the various servers like shm api server, notifications, agents. And most importantly: prove that the vault connection works (like it does on desktop). And that signing works from inside a react native app
