Move the New button to the three-dots, including the import.

For now, we can't create a subdocument until the draft is published for the same time. Draft links can't be published.

A draft either has EditID or LocationID. If there is no EditID:

No copy link

No subdocument creation on unpublished drafts.

Pasting HM LINKs don't work.
